LLC Station is a US LLC formation service built specifically for non-US residents. We help international entrepreneurs form a U.S. LLC, obtain an EIN (without SSN), set up a business address, and get guidance for banking and payment platforms like Stripe and PayPal — without unnecessary complexity or hidden fees.
Absolutely! You do not need to be a U.S. citizen or resident to form a US LLC. We specialize in helping international entrepreneurs start U.S. businesses from anywhere in the world — no travel, no SSN, and no US visa required.
You'll need your full legal name, date of birth, passport details, home address, and your desired LLC name. Everything is collected securely through our online order process, WhatsApp, or email.
It's simple: choose a package, submit your details online (or via WhatsApp/email), and our team handles the filing with trusted U.S. partners. We update you at every stage until everything is delivered — your LLC documents, EIN confirmation, and more.
We recommend New Mexico for most international entrepreneurs. It offers $0 annual fees, no annual reports, strong privacy protections, and works seamlessly with Stripe, PayPal, Mercury, and major marketplaces. We also offer Wyoming if you prefer. We can additionally form LLCs in other US states upon request — contact us at info@llcstation.com or via WhatsApp for pricing.
LLC formation typically takes 3-5 business days. Once approved, you'll receive your Articles of Organization and other formation documents. We keep you updated via email throughout the process.
You'll receive: Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement, Statement of Organizer, and your LLC filing confirmation. All documents are delivered digitally to your dashboard and email.
New Mexico has $0 annual fees and no annual reports — making it the cheapest long-term option. Wyoming requires a $60 annual report but is recognized as a premium business state. Both work perfectly with Stripe, banking, and e-commerce platforms. For most international founders, New Mexico is the best choice.
An EIN (Employer Identification Number) is like a tax ID for your LLC. You need it to open a US bank account, apply for Stripe, PayPal, Amazon seller accounts, and more. Think of it as your company's Social Security Number.
Yes! This is one of our specialties. We file your EIN application through trusted IRS specialists using an alternative process that doesn't require an SSN or ITIN. Most non-US residents don't have an SSN — and that's perfectly fine.
EIN filing typically takes 5-7 business days after your LLC is formed. You'll receive your official IRS EIN confirmation letter (CP 575) which you can use to open bank accounts and apply for payment platforms.
Yes! We offer standalone EIN filing for existing LLCs. You don't need to have formed your LLC with us. Visit our EIN Service page to get started.
Yes! With your LLC and EIN, you can open a US business bank account through online-friendly banks like Mercury or Relay — entirely remotely, without visiting the US. Our Business Builder and Diamond packages include banking guidance. With Diamond, we go further — we actually submit the Relay, Mercury, or Wise application on your behalf. Please note: the final approval decision is always made by the bank or payment platform itself — we cannot guarantee approval, and LLC Station is not responsible if a bank or payment provider refuses your application. Bank refusals are not covered by our refund policy.
Yes! Our Diamond Business package goes beyond guidance — we actually set up your Stripe account for you, using the correct information and compliance answers to avoid bans and verification issues. We also help with PayPal, Wise, and TikTok Shop.
Yes! We provide a real US street address that you can use for banking applications, platform registrations, and official correspondence. Your mail is received securely, scanned, and made available through your online dashboard.
A Registered Agent is a person or company with a physical address in your LLC's state that receives official legal and tax documents on your behalf. Every LLC is legally required to have one. All our packages include a free first year of Registered Agent service.
Your first year is included free with all LLC packages. After that, annual renewal is $139/year, payable directly from your LLC Station client dashboard. This keeps your LLC legally compliant and ensures all official documents and legal mail continue to be received on your behalf.
We offer 3 packages: LLC Starter (from $249 — LLC formation + registered agent), Business Builder (from $449 — adds EIN + banking + payment card), and Diamond Business (from $799 — full done-for-you setup: we apply for your Relay/Mercury account and set up your Stripe for you). All are one-time payments with no hidden fees.
No hidden fees — ever. All state filing fees are included in the price. The only recurring cost is the annual Registered Agent renewal after your first free year. If you're in Wyoming, you'll also have a $60 state annual report fee (New Mexico has $0).
If your order hasn't been submitted for filing yet, we can issue a full refund. Once we've begun the filing process with the state, refunds are not possible as state fees are non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Yes! While New Mexico and Wyoming are our featured states, we can form LLCs in other US states too. Pricing and timelines vary by state. Reach out to us at info@llcstation.com or via WhatsApp for a custom quote.
If your chosen name is unavailable with the state, we immediately pause your order and notify you by email. You can then log in to your LLC Station dashboard and submit an alternative name instantly — at no extra charge. We'll resubmit your filing right away.
Yes! An Operating Agreement is included with every LLC formation package. It's an essential document that outlines the ownership structure and operating rules of your LLC. Banks and payment processors often require it when you apply for an account. It will be delivered directly to your online dashboard.
A BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) report is a federal filing required by the US Corporate Transparency Act for most LLCs. It discloses the real owners of your company to FinCEN (the US financial crimes authority). We offer BOI filing as an add-on service available from your dashboard. We strongly recommend not skipping it — missing the deadline can result in significant daily penalties.
An ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) is a personal US tax ID for non-residents who need to file US taxes but don't qualify for an SSN. As a foreign LLC owner, you may need one to file your annual US tax return or to access certain financial accounts. We offer ITIN application assistance as a standalone service — contact us for details.
Any physical mail received at your US business address is scanned and uploaded to your LLC Station dashboard, where you can view and download it anytime. All packages include a free plan. You can upgrade to Plus (10 scans/year — $99) or Premium (25 scans/year — $149) during checkout or later from your dashboard.
Yes! In addition to card payments via Stripe, we accept USDT (TRC20) cryptocurrency payments through NOWPayments. Simply choose crypto at the payment step during checkout. Please note that all cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-refundable by nature.
All your documents — Articles of Organization, EIN letter, and any other filings — are uploaded to your personal client dashboard at orders.llcstation.com. You'll receive an email notification every time a new document is ready. You can view, download, or share them anytime, from anywhere.
Yes. LLC Station is owned and operated by Midou Oudina LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA (Business ID 0008020061). You can verify our registration yourself in the official New Mexico Secretary of State business registry — just search our company name. All payments are processed by Stripe, which independently verifies businesses before allowing them to accept payments.
