Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with and how we protect it. This website and its services are operated by Midou Oudina LLC, registered in New Mexico, USA (Business ID 0008020061), called "LLC Station", "we" or "us" in this policy.

In plain words

  • We collect what we need to form your company and deliver our services: your details, your ID documents and your company information.
  • We share it only with those who need it to do the work: state offices, the IRS, our registered agent and service partners, and payment providers.
  • We never sell your personal data.
  • We may send you emails about your order and, if you started an order, offers about our services. Every offer email has an unsubscribe link.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to support@llcstation.com.

This summary helps you read the policy. The full text below is what applies.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide our services lawfully:

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, country.
  • Identity documents: passport or national ID, and a home address, when a filing, an ID check or a compliance rule requires it.
  • Company information: company name, state, owners and shares, business activity, and the documents we prepare or receive for your company.
  • Order and payment information: what you ordered and how much you paid. Card details are handled by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments; we do not store your full card number.
  • Service content: for U.S. phone numbers, the texts, verification codes and voicemails received on your number; for address and registered agent services, the mail received for your company.
  • Website data: cookies, IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you visit.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Form your company and provide the services you order (EIN, ITIN, registered agent, tax filing, phone number, lease and others)
  • Verify identity where the law or a provider requires it
  • Contact you about your order, your account, documents we need and renewals
  • Send you information and offers about our services if you started an order with us. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to support@llcstation.com.
  • Run our affiliate program and pay referral rewards
  • Prevent fraud, keep our systems secure and improve our website
  • Meet our legal, tax and compliance obligations

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only when needed to deliver a service, with:

  • Government agencies such as state filing offices and the IRS
  • Our registered agent, address and lease providers, and other service partners
  • Certifying Acceptance Agents, for ITIN applications
  • Our U.S. phone number provider, to set up and deliver your number
  • Payment processors: Stripe (cards) and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency)
  • Technology providers for hosting, email and security
  • Authorities, when the law requires it

Each of them may use your information only for the purpose it was shared for.

4. Banks and payment platforms

We give guidance about banks and payment platforms. Information you submit directly to a bank or platform (for example Relay, Mercury, Wise, Stripe or PayPal) is governed by their own privacy policies. LLC Station is not responsible for how those platforms store or use your data.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. On your first visit, a cookie bar lets you choose Accept or Decline. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only after you click Accept:

  • Essential cookies: needed for the website, the order process and your client account login.
  • Your cookie choice (llcs_consent): remembers whether you clicked Accept or Decline, for up to 1 year, so we do not ask again.
  • Referral cookie (llcs_ref): set only when you arrive through a partner's referral link. It stores the referral code and nothing else for 30 days, so the right partner is credited if you order. It is not used for advertising.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), only after you click Accept: measures our advertising. It may connect your visit with your Meta account activity. If you decline, it is not loaded. See Meta's privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics, with cookies only after you click Accept: measures pages visited, visit length and approximate location from your IP address. Before you choose, or if you decline, it runs in Google's consent mode and stores no analytics or advertising cookies on your device. See Google's privacy policy.

You can change your choice at any time: delete the llcs_consent cookie (or all cookies for llcstation.com) in your browser and the cookie bar appears again. You can also block cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work without essential cookies.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections, restricted access to documents and admin-only access to client files. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Where your data is processed

We are a U.S. company. To deliver the services you order, your information is processed by us and by the partners listed above in the United States and in the other countries where they operate, which may be different from your own country.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed to:

  • Provide our services and support your company
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting and compliance obligations

When it is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Your rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Ask us to delete your data (where the law allows)
  • Unsubscribe from offer emails at any time

To use these rights, write to support@llcstation.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.

11. Minimum age

Our services are for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page and take effect when published. The date at the top shows the latest version.
