LLC Station offers BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) report filing as an optional add-on service. However, BOI compliance is a federal legal obligation under the Corporate Transparency Act. Responsibility for timely and accurate filing rests solely with the LLC owner. LLC Station is not liable for penalties arising from missed, late, or incorrect BOI filings where the client has not engaged our filing service.
LLC Station provides guidance only regarding business banking and payment platforms such as Wise, Mercury, Relay, Stripe, and similar services. Approval is never guaranteed, and rejection or closure by any bank or platform does not entitle the client to a refund.
While approvals cannot be guaranteed, we provide guidance based on experience to help improve approval chances whenever possible.
LLC Station also accepts cryptocurrency payments (USDT via NOWPayments). All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. No refund can be processed through the original cryptocurrency payment method. Any refund consideration, if applicable under our Refund Policy, will require alternative arrangements agreed upon by both parties.

If LLC Station contacts you in connection with your order — including requests for missing documents, required signatures, corrections, or additional clarifications — you are obligated to respond within 10 calendar days of notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in order cancellation without eligibility for a refund, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
