1. About LLC Station

llcstation.com is owned and operated by Midou Oudina LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA (Business ID 0008020061). You can verify our registration at any time in the official New Mexico Secretary of State business registry.

LLC Station provides administrative assistance and guidance related to:

• U.S. LLC formation (New Mexico, Wyoming, and other states on request)
• EIN application assistance
• ITIN application assistance
• Tax filing assistance (Form 1120 and Form 5472)
• A U.S. business address and mail scanning
• Registered agent services
• U.S. office lease agreements (proof of business address)
• U.S. phone numbers for receiving texts, verification codes and voicemail
• Operating Agreements and apostille services
• BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) report filing
• Business banking and payment platform guidance

All services are provided remotely through our website and digital channels. New Mexico and Wyoming are our featured states; we can form LLCs in other U.S. states on request. For pricing and availability in another state, contact us at info@llcstation.com or on WhatsApp.

2. No legal, tax or financial advice

LLC Station is not a law firm, accounting firm or tax advisory firm. All information on our website or given through our services is general information and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.

We encourage you to consult a licensed attorney, accountant or tax professional for advice about your situation.

3. Informational relationship only

Using our website or services does not create:

• An attorney-client relationship
• A fiduciary relationship
• A professional advisory relationship

We act only on your instructions when preparing or submitting filings and applications.

4. Accuracy of information

All information and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LLC Station does not guarantee that:

• Information is always complete or up to date
• Government agencies will approve filings or applications
• Banks or payment platforms will approve accounts

We are not responsible for errors, delays or rejections caused by inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information that you provide.

5. Third-party services

Some services involve third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• State filing offices
• The Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
• Registered agents and address providers
• Certifying Acceptance Agents (for ITIN applications)
• Phone number providers
• Banks and payment processors

LLC Station is not responsible for decisions, delays or actions of third parties, each of which works under its own policies and terms.

BOI report filing is an optional service. BOI compliance is a federal obligation of the LLC owner. The owner alone is responsible for filing on time and correctly. LLC Station is not liable for penalties from missed, late or incorrect BOI filings when you have not ordered our filing service.

6. Banking and payment platforms

LLC Station provides guidance only for business banking and payment platforms such as Wise, Mercury, Relay, Stripe and similar services. Approval is never guaranteed, and a rejection or closure by any bank or platform does not entitle you to a refund.

Although approvals cannot be guaranteed, we share guidance based on experience to help improve your chances whenever possible.

We also accept cryptocurrency payments (USDT via NOWPayments). Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. No refund can be made through the original cryptocurrency payment method. Any refund that applies under our Refund Policy will require another arrangement agreed by both parties.

7. Yearly services and automatic renewal

Some services are yearly: the registered agent (the first year is included in our formation packages), the Diamond yearly renewal (registered agent, U.S. phone number, the federal tax return for that year (Form 1120 + 5472) and priority support), and stand-alone U.S. phone numbers. The U.S. office lease agreement has a monthly fee for the address and mail handling.

Auto-renewal applies to the registered agent and the Diamond yearly renewal. It is turned on by default for formation packages paid by card, and you can turn it off or on at any time in your client dashboard. When it is on, the service is renewed shortly before it expires, at the price shown on our website at that time, and charged to the card saved on your account. To stop, turn auto-renewal off or contact us before the renewal date; the service then ends at the end of the period already paid.

Stand-alone phone numbers, and services paid in cryptocurrency, are not charged automatically; you renew them yourself before they expire.

If an automatic renewal cannot be charged, we will try to contact you. A registered agent that is not renewed stops, and your LLC must then name a new registered agent with the state.

8. Your responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You alone are responsible for the legality, compliance and operation of your business.

You are responsible for keeping your LLC Station account secure and for telling us immediately about any unauthorized access. Documents in your client dashboard are for your own business use. LLC Station may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse or violations of these Terms.

9. Documents and answering our requests

For some services, including ITIN applications, EIN applications, tax filing (Form 1120 and 5472) and registered agent services, we may need documents, signatures or more information from you before we can continue.

If a required document is missing, incomplete, needs a signature or needs a correction, we will contact you by the phone number in your application (WhatsApp or call) and/or the email address on file.

After we contact you, you must provide what we asked for within 30 calendar days. If we receive no response in that time:

• Your application will be considered abandoned
• Your order will be cancelled
• No refund will be issued, because administrative work will already have been performed for you

Please make sure your contact details are correct when you apply, and check your phone and email while we process your order.

10. U.S. phone numbers

U.S. rules require us to verify the identity of every person who receives a phone number. Your number is activated after your ID is approved.

Numbers receive texts, verification codes and voicemail, which are shown in your dashboard and sent to your email. They do not make outgoing calls or send texts. Some services refuse internet-based (VoIP) numbers; this is their decision.

You may use your number only for lawful purposes. We may suspend a number used for fraud, spam or any unlawful activity.

11. Affiliate program

If you take part in our affiliate program, the Affiliate Terms also apply.

12. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos and materials, is the exclusive property of LLC Station. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or reuse any content without our prior written permission.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLC Station is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Government, bank or third-party decisions
• Delays beyond our reasonable control

In any case, LLC Station's total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

14. Refusing or ending a service

We may refuse, suspend or end a service if:

• False, misleading or incomplete information is provided
• The service is used unlawfully
• Abuse, misuse or fraud is detected

15. Changes to these Terms

LLC Station may update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. LLC Station is registered in New Mexico.
