Yes. Anyone 18 or older can own a US LLC, whatever their nationality. You need your name and home address; you do not need an SSN, a visa or a US address.
Most of our clients choose New Mexico: it is the cheapest to keep, with no annual state report, and the owners' names do not appear in the public state record. Wyoming costs a little more each year but is well known and also private. Both work with US banks and Stripe.
The state usually approves your LLC in 5–7 business days after we file. If your package includes the EIN, we apply right after, and the IRS usually answers within a few weeks.
Starter forms your company. Business Builder adds your EIN (US tax number), help with your US bank application and a business debit card from your bank. Diamond adds Stripe setup done with you, an Operating Agreement and a US phone number.
Many non-residents do. With your LLC and EIN you can apply to banks such as Mercury or Wise, and to Stripe. We show you how to fill in the applications correctly. The bank or Stripe makes the final decision.
Yes: the registered agent, which every LLC must have. The first year is included; after that it renews each year at the price shown under your package. Your LLC may also need a yearly tax filing with the IRS.
