Starting a business is an important decision. This policy explains clearly when a refund is possible and when it is not. Please read it before placing an order. Services on this website are provided by Midou Oudina LLC, registered in New Mexico, USA (Business ID 0008020061).
In plain words
- A refund is possible only if no work has started on your order. Ask within 24 hours of your purchase.
- Once we prepare or submit anything (state filing, IRS application, documents), or a third-party service is ordered, the order is non-refundable.
- Government fees, third-party costs, payment fees and cryptocurrency payments are never refundable.
- A bank or payment platform saying no is not a reason for a refund.
- If we ask you for documents and you do not answer within 30 calendar days, the order is cancelled without a refund.
This summary helps you read the policy. The full text below is what applies.
1. General policy
Because LLC formation and government-related services involve work and fees that cannot be reversed, some services become non-refundable once processing has begun. By purchasing from LLC Station, you accept this Refund Policy.
If you have any doubt about eligibility, timelines or requirements, please contact us before you order.
2. When a refund is possible
A refund may be requested only if no work has started on your order. Work has started once any of the following happens:
- Preparation or submission of your LLC filing to the state
- Preparation or submission of an EIN application to the IRS
- Review or processing of an ITIN application or its documents
- Preparation or submission of a tax filing (Form 1120 or Form 5472)
- Start or activation of registered agent services
- Start of the U.S. business address, mail scanning or lease services
- Ordering or activation of a third-party service (for example a phone number or an apostille)
- Preparation of legal or business documents (for example an Operating Agreement)
Once any of these steps has begun, the order is non-refundable, because irreversible costs and work are involved. This applies to all our services, including LLC formation, ITIN, EIN, tax filing (1120 and 5472) and registered agent services.
If an order is cancelled shortly after purchase and before any official filing or third-party submission, we will review the request fairly, case by case.
3. Refund request window
Refund requests should be sent as soon as possible and within 24 hours of purchase, provided no work has started on the order. Requests sent after processing has begun will be declined.
4. Fees that are never refunded
The following are non-refundable once incurred:
- Government filing fees
- ITIN service fees once document review or processing has started
- EIN service fees once preparation or IRS submission has started
- Tax filing (Form 1120 and 5472) fees once review or preparation has started
- Registered agent fees once the service has started or been activated
- U.S. business address, lease and mail-handling fees
- Phone number fees once the number has been activated
- Third-party service costs
- Payment processing fees
- Cryptocurrency payments: crypto transactions (USDT or any other digital currency) are final and irreversible. Once confirmed on the blockchain, no refund can be made through the original payment method.
These fees are paid to outside providers and cannot be recovered.
5. Bank and payment platform decisions
LLC Station gives guidance only for business banking and payment platform setup. We do not guarantee approval by any bank or payment processor, including Wise, Mercury, Relay, Stripe, PayPal or similar platforms.
Approval, rejection, limitation or closure is decided only by the financial institution and is outside our control. If a bank or payment platform refuses, limits or closes your account, service fees are not refunded on that basis.
We always share guidance from our experience to help improve your chances whenever possible.
6. Delays and outside factors
LLC Station is not responsible for delays caused by:
- State offices
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
- Banks or payment processors
- Third-party service providers
Delays caused by these outside entities do not qualify for a refund.
7. Incorrect or incomplete information
No refund is given when delays, rejections or problems come from:
- Incorrect information
- Incomplete details
- Misleading or false information provided by you
You are responsible for making sure all information you give us is accurate and truthful.
8. Documents and answering our requests
For services such as ITIN applications, EIN applications, tax filing (Form 1120 and 5472) and registered agent services, we may need documents, completed forms, signatures or more information from you before we can continue.
If a required document is missing, incomplete, needs a signature or needs a correction, we will contact you by the phone number in your application (WhatsApp or call) and/or the email address on file. Please keep your contact details correct and stay reachable while we process your order.
You must provide what we asked for within 30 calendar days of our request. If we receive no response in that time:
- The application will be considered abandoned
- The order will be cancelled without further notice
- No refund will be issued, because administrative work will already have been performed for you
We will make reasonable efforts to reach you through all available contact methods before cancelling an order.
Preparatory work is non-refundable once performed. For ITIN applications, once our team has prepared your personalized documents (including your Power of Attorney and Form W-7) and completed the Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) review, that professional work has been performed and delivered and is non-refundable, whether or not the application is later completed, delayed or abandoned. This applies even if the Form W-7 has not yet been submitted to the IRS, because the preparation, review and certification work is a separate service completed before, and independently of, the IRS submission. Comparable preparatory work for EIN, tax filing and other document-based services is treated the same way.
Reopening a closed application. If an application was cancelled or closed (for example for missing documents, incomplete forms or no response) and you later want to continue, it can be reopened at your request. Because reopening requires new certification, preparation and processing, a reactivation fee applies. Any part of your earlier payment not already used by completed work is credited toward the reopened order, and the reactivation fee is confirmed to you in writing before any further payment is taken.
9. How to request a refund
Write to support@llcstation.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your request
If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider. Orders paid in cryptocurrency (USDT) cannot be refunded through the original payment channel because blockchain transactions are irreversible; any exception is reviewed individually.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact our support team before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may lead to:
- Immediate end of the service
- Permanent account or service restrictions
11. Yearly renewals
The registered agent and the Diamond yearly renewal renew automatically when auto-renewal is on (it is on by default for packages paid by card). To avoid a renewal charge, turn auto-renewal off in your dashboard or contact us before the renewal date. A renewal that has already been processed follows the same rules as any other order in this policy.
12. Changes to this policy
LLC Station may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are published on this page and take effect as soon as they are posted.
