Delete your account

You can delete your LLC Station account from the LLC Station app or from this page. The same account signs you in to the Ringoly calling app, so deleting it closes both.

In the app

Open the LLC Station app and go to Account.
Press Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.

Without the app

Enter the email you sign in with. We will email you a link to confirm, so nobody else can delete your account.

What gets deleted

Your account, name and email address.
Your company documents, service records, messages and ID document photos.
Your phone numbers and any remaining phone credit, if you use Ringoly.

What we keep: invoices, payment records and the company filing records that US tax and state rules require us to keep, for as long as they require. Nothing else.

Your company itself is not dissolved. Deleting your account does not close your LLC with the state. If you also want to dissolve your company, tell us and we will explain the steps.

When: within 30 days of your request. We email you when it is done, and you can cancel by replying to our email before then.
