Delete your account

You can delete your Ringoly account from the app or from this page. Your Ringoly account is also your LLC Station account, so deleting one deletes both.

In the app

Open Ringoly and go to Account.
Press Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.

Without the app

Enter the email you sign in with. We will email you a link to confirm, so nobody else can delete your account.

What gets deleted

Your account, name and email address.
Your phone numbers. They stop working and are released.
Your call history, texts, voicemail recordings and ID document photos.
Any remaining phone credit. Unused credit is not refunded.

What we keep: invoices and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Nothing else.

When: within 30 days of your request. We email you when it is done, and you can cancel by replying to our email before then.
