Who we are
Ringoly is a calling and texting app for US phone numbers, made by Midou Oudina LLC (doing business as LLC Station), a New Mexico company. A Ringoly account is the same account you use on llcstation.com. In this policy, "we" means Midou Oudina LLC.
What we collect
| Account | Your email address and name. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email; we do not use passwords in the app. |
|---|---|
| Phone numbers and identity check | The US numbers on your account, the state you chose, and, when you get a number, a photo of your ID document. US rules require phone number providers to verify who receives a number. |
| Calls | For each call: the other number, the time, how long it lasted and what it cost. We do not record the audio of your calls. |
| Texts and voicemail | The texts you send and receive, including verification codes, and voicemail recordings left for you. These are stored so you can read and play them in the app and on the website. |
| Payments | Your phone credit balance and history of top-ups and charges. Card payments are processed by Stripe and in-app purchases by Google Play; we never see or store your full card number. |
| Your device | A notification token from Firebase Cloud Messaging so your phone can ring when someone calls, your phone's make and model, and when the app last connected. |
| Microphone | Used only during a call you make or answer, to carry your voice to the other person. The app does not listen or record at any other time. |
The app does not read your contacts, location, photos or files, does not contain advertising, and does not use third-party analytics or tracking tools.
How we use it
- To connect your calls and texts and to ring your phone for incoming calls.
- To show your call history, messages and voicemail, and to email you your voicemail recordings.
- To charge calls and texts to your phone credit and to keep accurate payment records.
- To verify your identity when you get a number, as US rules require.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, for example daily limits on calls, texts and top-ups.
- To send you service emails such as sign-in codes, receipts, renewal reminders and important changes.
We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs to do its job for us:
- Our US telecom carrier, which connects calls and delivers texts to and from the phone network (the numbers involved, and the content of texts).
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, to deliver incoming-call alerts to your phone (your device token and the calling number).
- Stripe and Google Play, to process payments.
- Our email provider, to send you codes, receipts and voicemail recordings.
- Our hosting providers, which run our servers.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example a valid court order, or to protect people from fraud or harm. Our servers are in Turkey, and our telecom carrier handles calls and texts in Canada and the United States, so your data may be processed in those countries.
How long we keep it
- Account details, numbers, call history, texts and voicemail: while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete them within 30 days.
- ID document photos: while you have a number with us, then deleted with your account.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after your account is deleted.
- Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. Device tokens are removed when you sign out or delete your account.
Your choices
You can see your calls, texts, voicemail and credit history in the app at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email info@llcstation.com. We answer within 30 days. You can turn off notifications or microphone access in your phone's settings; without them the app cannot ring or carry your voice.
Ringoly is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Account → Delete account. Or use our account deletion page. We delete your account and data within 30 days, except the records the law requires us to keep, listed above.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
