Due to the nature of LLC formation and government-related services, not all purchases are refundable. Many of our services involve immediate processing, government filings, or third-party fees that cannot be reversed once initiated.
By purchasing from LLC Station, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be requested only if no work has started on your order.
Work is considered started once any of the following occurs:
LLC filing is prepared or submitted to the state
EIN application is prepared or submitted
Virtual address setup has been initiated
Third-party services have been ordered or activated
Documentation preparation has begun
Once any of the above steps occur, the order becomes non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable:

4. Bank & Payment Processor Rejections
LLC Station provides guidance only for business banking and payment platform setup.
We do not guarantee approval by any bank or payment processor, including but not limited to Wise, Mercury, Relay, or Stripe.
If a bank or payment processor rejects or closes an application, this does not qualify for a refund, as these decisions are made solely by the financial institutions and are outside our control.
5. Delays & External Factors
LLC Station is not responsible for delays caused by:
State offices
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
Banks or payment processors
Third-party service providers
Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Information
If delays, rejections, or issues occur due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client, refunds will not be issued.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all submitted information is accurate and truthful.
7. Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before any work has started.
Requests submitted after this window or after processing has begun will be denied.
