Due to the nature of LLC formation and government-related services, some services become non-refundable once processing has begun. By purchasing from LLC Station, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.

LLC Station provides guidance only for business banking and payment platform setup. We do not guarantee approval by any bank or payment processor, including but not limited to Wise, Mercury, Relay, Stripe, or similar platforms.
Approval, rejection, limitation, or closure decisions are made solely by the financial institutions and are outside our control. Such decisions do not qualify for a refund.
That said, we always provide guidance based on our experience to help maximize approval chances whenever possible.
