Good to know
- Calls and texts go to US and Canada numbers. Answering a call uses 2¢ a minute of credit; without credit, callers reach your voicemail.
- Call credit stays valid for 12 months after your last top-up.
- A few services refuse internet-based (VoIP) numbers. If one refuses yours, tell us and we will help you find another way.

Will it work for Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer and banks?
That is what most clients use it for. The code arrives in your dashboard and email. A small number of services refuse internet-based numbers; if that happens, tell us and we will help.
How fast do codes arrive?
Usually within a minute after the platform sends them.
Can I make calls and send texts?
Yes. Call and text any US or Canada number from your dashboard. Calls cost 3¢ a minute and texts 2¢ each, paid from your call credit.
How do I answer calls?
Keep your dashboard open in your browser and it rings when someone calls your number. A phone app for Android is coming soon.
What if I miss a call?
The caller can leave a voicemail. You can play it in your dashboard, and we email you the recording.
Can I call other countries?
Not yet. Calls and texts work with US and Canada numbers.
Do I need an LLC?
No. Anyone can get a number, with or without a US company. You only need the ID check.
Why do you need my ID?
US rules require every phone number provider to verify who receives a number. It is a quick, standard step.
